Who we areNew, original SolaX products with full manufacturer warranty, supplied with their documentation.
The X3-AELIO-50K is SolaX's 50kW three-phase hybrid inverter for commercial and industrial sites, with five MPP trackers taking two 40A strings each and up to 100kWp of PV recommended. Maximum output is 55kVA, and its two battery ports deliver 160A to 180–820V lithium clusters such as one or two HR140 racks of 100.1–200.2kWh each. The EPS output supplies 50kVA and 75kVA for 10 seconds.
The X3-AELIO is SolaX's commercial and industrial hybrid inverter and the power unit of its split C&I storage solutions. It connects up to six MPP trackers, two high-voltage battery ports and a three-phase grid, and supplies backup loads through its EPS output with a switch-over time under 10ms. Operating modes include Self-use, Feed-in Priority, Backup, Peak Shaving, TOU, EPS and Manual, covering self-consumption, peak shaving and demand management.
Three inverters can run in parallel without additional hardware; with an X3-PBOX-300kW-G2 the X3-AELIO-50K scales to six units and the 60K to five. A generator can be integrated for fuel saving and backup, and VPP functions via IEEE 2030.5 and OpenADR are announced by SolaX as future upgrades.
Each MPP tracker takes two strings and 40A (50A short-circuit) between 160V and 950V, with 1000V maximum and 180V start-up. SolaX permits PV arrays of twice the rated power, 100kWp on the 50kW and 120kWp on the 60kW model. The two battery ports accept 180–820V lithium batteries with 80A each, 160A in total.
The inverter supports 100% three-phase unbalance, 110% long-term overload on grid and 150% in off-grid operation, with EPS peaks of 75kVA or 90kVA for 10 seconds. Maximum efficiency is 98.0% and European efficiency 97.2%. Smart air cooling, Type II surge protection, a built-in auxiliary power supply and optional AFCI are part of the design.
The IP66 housing measures 670×820×257mm and weighs under 100kg (50K) or 105kg (60K), so SolaX recommends a lifting device; it operates from -35°C to +60°C with derating above 45°C. At least 80cm must stay free below the terminals for cable bending. The manual describes battery clusters of one TBMS-R15 and 7–14 TB-HR140 packs, and SolaX also publishes AELIO solutions with HS51 and HR76 batteries.
Grid certifications include CE, VDE-AR-N 4105, G99, AS 4777, EN 50549, CEI 0-21, IEC 61727, RD1699 and TOR. For Italy SolaX publishes CEI 0-21 and CEI 0-16 certificates for the X3-AELIO-49.9K, 50K, 60K and 61K with the TB-HR140 storage system, covering low-voltage and medium-voltage connections.
Remote monitoring and OTA updates run through SolaXCloud on web and app with a SolaX dongle. Interfaces include separate RS485 ports for meter, monitoring and daisy-chained parallel operation, CAN for the BMS and for parallel links, USB, two digital inputs, one digital output, a ripple-control receiver input with four DIs and DRM.
The X3-AELIO-50K has five trackers and the X3-AELIO-60K six, each taking two strings at up to 40A.
The manual describes clusters of one TBMS-R15 high-voltage box and 7–14 TB-HR140 packs. SolaX also offers AELIO solutions with HS51 and HR76 batteries; the battery range is 180–820V.
Yes. With a battery the EPS output supplies the loads in off-grid operation, with up to 150% overload and peaks of 75kVA (50K) or 90kVA (60K) for 10 seconds.
SolaX publishes both CEI 0-21 and CEI 0-16 certificates for the X3-AELIO series.
