Why can't I pay directly on this site?
Shipping costs, VAT and delivery times depend on your country, the quantities and the size of the goods. With a quote we give you one exact price delivered to your address, with no surprises.
Are the products original, with the manufacturer's warranty?
Yes. We sell only new, original products with the manufacturer's full warranty and documentation.
Are the prices on the site final?
Indicative prices exclude VAT and include estimated EU delivery, except solar panel pallets. Pallet transport depends on the destination. Your quote confirms the exact total.
Can my company buy without VAT?
Yes. EU businesses with a valid VAT number are invoiced at 0% VAT (reverse charge). Italian businesses pay Italian VAT at 22%.
How long does delivery take?
Products in stock ship within a few working days of payment. For other products the delivery time is stated in your quote.
Can you help me choose the right inverter or battery?
Yes: write your project in the notes of the quote request (roof, consumption, grid connection, existing equipment) and we will check that the products are compatible.
