1Site owner
SolarGear.eu is owned and run by Litio Store SRL, Via Giotto 2, 06028 Sigillo (PG), Italy. VAT number and tax code: IT03894170541. Email: info@litio.store. Litio Store SRL has worked in batteries and energy storage since 2015, is responsible for the content of the site and is the seller of the products supplied on the basis of quotes. Via Giotto 2 is the only company address for correspondence, contracts and tax documents; the returns address given on the Returns page is a separate operational address, to be used only for returning goods.
2Main shop
Litio Store SRL also runs the online shop litio.store, which offers lithium and sodium batteries, energy storage systems and solar products. Prices on SolarGear.eu are the same as on litio.store, and card payments for orders placed through SolarGear.eu are made there.
3Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel, which provides the technical infrastructure needed to publish its pages.
4Intellectual property
Texts, tables, images, graphics, tools, code and the structure of the site belong to Litio Store SRL or are used with permission. The Litio Store and Naionics trademarks belong to Litio Store SRL. Manufacturers' trademarks, such as Victron Energy, Redarc and Safiery, belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify and describe the products; their use does not imply any affiliation or endorsement other than any expressly stated. Datasheets and manuals are the manufacturers' documents and are provided for information. Copying the content of the site or systematically extracting its data, including with automated tools, is not permitted without written permission. You may view the site and print or save single pages for personal, non-commercial use, without removing references to the source. To ask for permission or report a suspected infringement, write to info@litio.store.
5Use of the site
The site may be used to browse the catalogue, find out about products, request quotes and contact us.
