Who we areNew, original Deye products with full manufacturer warranty, supplied with their documentation.
SUN-50K-SG01HP3-EU-BM4 is the largest model of Deye's SG01HP3 BM3/BM4 series: 50kW rated and 55kVA maximum on a three-phase 230/400V grid. Two independent battery inputs of 50A each take 160–800V lithium batteries, and four MPP trackers with two strings each accept up to 100kW of PV access power and 80kW of input power at up to 1000V. With 200A grid-to-load pass-through, backup output and up to 10 units in parallel it is aimed at commercial, agricultural and light-industrial sites; Deye pairs it with its BOS-G-Pro rack battery.
These inverters extend Deye's high-voltage hybrid range to small commercial and agricultural sites. Each unit combines PV inverter, battery charger, grid connection, backup output and generator input. Two battery inputs of 50A each accept lithium batteries from 160 to 800V, with charging controlled by the BMS. The BM3 models (29.9, 30 and 35kW) have three MPP trackers and the BM4 models (40 and 50kW) four, each with two strings at up to 36A.
PV input reaches 1000V with a 150–850V tracking range, and the 50kW model accepts up to 100kW of PV access power (80kW input). Grid-to-load pass-through is 200A. Off-grid the inverter supplies 1.5 times rated power for 10 seconds and supports fully unbalanced loads. Maximum efficiency is 97.6% and European efficiency 97.0%.
Six time periods control battery use, and the work modes Selling First, Zero Export to Load and Zero Export to CT handle export. The GEN port works as a diesel generator input with G-start contact, as a smart load output or as an AC-coupling input for existing inverters. Up to 10 inverters of the same model can be paralleled on-grid or off-grid, each with its own battery from Deye's approved list.
The 80kg inverter (527×894×294mm) mounts on a solid wall at up to 2000m, with about 50cm free around it and 100cm in front. Deye recommends 240A breakers on the grid and backup ports, 95mm² AC cable sized for pass-through current, 10mm² battery cable and DC overcurrent protection. Three 300A/5A CTs are supplied; with CT cables over 10m, or more than 300A in parallel systems, a smart meter is recommended.
Deye combines the SUN-50K-SG01HP3-EU-BM4 with its BOS-G-Pro rack battery in its solution brochure, and the GE-F256-AP-A kit connects BM4 inverters to GE-F240 outdoor cabinets. The datasheet lists IEC 61727, IEC 62116, CEI 0-21, EN 50549, NRS 097, RD 140, UNE 217002, OVE-Richtlinie R25, G99 and VDE-AR-N 4105, and Deye publishes a CEI 0-21 certificate for the series.
Configuration runs on the LCD, covering battery limits, time-of-use, work mode, grid code, GEN port and parallel settings. Interfaces are Wi-Fi, RS485 and CAN, with GPRS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or 4G loggers for Deye Cloud monitoring. Operating range is -40 to 60°C with derating above 45°C, and noise is 65dB or less. The warranty is 5 years, extendable to 10 years depending on the installation country.
BM3 covers 29.9, 30 and 35kW with three MPP trackers; BM4 covers 40 and 50kW with four. Battery inputs, housing and AC pass-through are the same.
Any 160–800V lithium battery that communicates with the inverter; Deye's own examples include the BOS-G-Pro rack battery with the 50kW model and GE-F240 outdoor cabinets via the GE-F256-AP-A kit.
240A breakers on the grid and backup load ports for all models, certified to IEC 60947-1 and IEC 60947-2.
Yes, Deye publishes a CEI 0-21 certificate for the SUN-(29.9-50)K-SG01HP3-EU-BM4 series.
