An Italian company selling batteries, inverters and solar equipment since 2015. Registered office in Sigillo (Perugia), VAT IT03894170541.
Who we areNew, original Victron Energy products with full manufacturer warranty, supplied with their documentation.
The Peak Power Pack 12,8V/30Ah (PPP-30) stores 384Wh in a 190×172×172mm housing weighing 5.4kg. Besides the 7A car/solar input and the 3A mains adapter, it can be charged faster by a battery charger or inverter/charger through the mover output at up to 15A, or through the domestic output at up to 10A, at 14V recommended and 14.2V maximum. Both outputs deliver the full 150A and 30A continuous ratings of the range.
The Peak Power Pack combines LiFePO4 cells, electronic protection and a charger in one plastic housing. Output 1, the mover output, supplies 150A continuously and 200A for ten seconds for caravan movers and other high-power loads; a short press of the supplied button enables it for 30 minutes, a two-second press keeps it on. Output 2, the domestic output, delivers 30A continuously for lighting, audio, pumps and fridges. Both outputs are short-circuit proof and switch off before the cells are over-discharged.
Input 1 accepts any DC source between 11V and 25V, such as the towing vehicle, a 12V solar panel or another battery, and limits the charge current to 7A. Input 2 takes the included mains adapter, which charges at 3A from 110V or 230V. On the 30Ah and 40Ah models a battery charger or inverter/charger can also charge faster through the outputs, at 14V recommended and 14.2V maximum.
Mount the pack on the caravan floor inside a cabinet with the supplied strap or a battery clamp, keeping at least 5cm free all round for ventilation and never in a wet location. Use flexible, finely stranded copper cable on both outputs: the screw clamps take up to 16mm² on the mover output and 6mm² on the domestic output and are tightened to 2Nm. Fit an in-line fuse within 10cm on the domestic circuit. Packs must not be connected in series or parallel.
A remote push button with dual-colour LED on a 2m cable shows charging, full charge, overload or overheating, and a five-second press puts the pack into storage mode, in which self-discharge drops below 0.7mA. The VE.Direct port connects to the VictronConnect app through a VE.Direct Bluetooth Smart dongle or a VE.Direct to USB cable, both sold separately, to read battery voltage, temperature and alarms and to switch the outputs and the car/solar input.
No. Victron states that the pack cannot be used to start a car; the mover output is intended for caravan movers and other high-power DC loads.
Through the car/solar input, which accepts 11–25V and limits the current to 7A. Victron suggests the ignition-switched pin of the trailer socket, where available, so that the car battery is not drained while parked.
No. The Peak Power Pack is not suitable for series or parallel connection.
Charge it fully, then press the button for five seconds to enter storage mode; recharge it at least every 12 months. For seasonal storage it must be at least 50% charged.
