An Italian company selling batteries, inverters and solar equipment since 2015. Registered office in Sigillo (Perugia), VAT IT03894170541.
Who we areNew, original V-TAC products with full manufacturer warranty, supplied with their documentation.
The VT-10240B (V-TAC SKU 12282) stores 10.24kWh in a single black wall unit: 200Ah at 51.2V nominal, 90A standard and 100A maximum continuous current. It measures 420×237×775mm and is listed in Deye's CEI 0-21 declaration for SG03LP1 single-phase LV hybrids. Touch screen, Bluetooth app and Wi-Fi module provide local and remote monitoring, and up to 15 units can be paralleled for larger homes or small businesses.
Each model is a single string of 16 lithium iron phosphate cells (16S1P) at 51.2V nominal, managed by an internal BMS that protects against over- and under-voltage, overcurrent, short circuit and temperature faults and balances the cells. The battery reports to the inverter through two RJ45 ports using CAN or RS485, so the hybrid inverter can follow the battery's charge limits. V-TAC recommends constant-current charging up to 58.4V (57.6V for the VT-16076), then constant voltage until the current tapers.
The range covers three sizes: the VT-51200 with 100Ah, the VT-10240 with 200Ah and the VT-16076 with 314Ah. The two smaller models accept 100A continuous, the largest 150A. Every size comes in a white (W) or black (B) housing with the same electrical data.
These are wall batteries for indoor use: the housing is IP20 and V-TAC states it must not be exposed to moisture or outdoor conditions. The manual asks for a flat, ventilated site with more than 200mm free on both sides, wall brackets and two expansion bolts. Charging is blocked by the BMS below 0°C and discharging below -20°C; the recommended working range is +15 to +35°C. Power and communication leads come from V-TAC master and slave cable kits, which may not be included in the battery box.
The VT-10240 and VT-16076 manuals allow up to 15 batteries in parallel, with addresses set on a four-way DIP switch, a 120Ω termination resistor on the last unit and, above two batteries, connection of all packs to a busbar. Batteries in parallel should have matching state of charge and voltage. Deye's CEI 0-21 declaration for its SG03LP1 single-phase LV hybrid inverters lists the VT-10240W and VT-10240B, and Solis has a CEI 0-21 declaration covering V-TAC batteries with its S6-EH3P(8-15)K02-NV-YD-L three-phase hybrids.
A front touch screen shows state of charge, voltages, temperatures, pack address, the selected inverter protocol, language and firmware version. Through Bluetooth the IOE green energy app for Android and iOS displays voltage, current, power, SOC and alarms, lets the installer change battery parameters and runs firmware upgrades of the BMS and the CM100 wireless module; the Wi-Fi module provides remote monitoring.
Only the housing colour: W is white and B is black. Capacity, current limits and dimensions are the same for each size.
The VT-10240 and VT-16076 manuals allow up to 15 units in parallel; with more than two units V-TAC recommends connecting all batteries to a busbar.
Only in a dry indoor space. The battery is IP20 and V-TAC states it is designed for indoor use only; it will not charge below 0°C.
Through the built-in touch screen and the IOE green energy app over Bluetooth; the Wi-Fi module adds remote data and firmware updates.
