A pallet of 36 Trina Solar Vertex N TSM-620NEG19RC.20 bifacial modules, 22.32kWp in total. Each 132-cell module measures 2,382×1,134×30mm, weighs 33.0kg and gives 620Wp at 23.0% efficiency, with 40.24V and 15.41A at maximum power, 48.50V Voc and 16.26A Isc. With 80±5% bifaciality Trina rates it at 687W when the rear receives 135W/m². Trina designs the format for single-row (1P) tracker plants, and it carries a 12-year product and 30-year power warranty.

Design and technology

The NEG19RC.20 is Trina Solar's Vertex N bifacial module for large plants. It has 132 n-type i-TOPCon cells on Trina's 210 platform, cut with non-destructive technology and densely packed, in a 2,382×1,134×30mm laminate of two 2.0mm heat-strengthened glass sheets; the EU datasheet specifies a white coating on the rear glass. Trina calls it the best partner for 1P trackers because its length makes full use of the tracker, and the standard size improves container loading.

Electrical data and rear gain

The EU datasheet (2025-A) covers 605–630Wp at 22.4–23.3% efficiency; the global 2025-D datasheet moves the range to 625–650Wp. Power bifaciality is 80±5%, and Trina lists output at BNPI (1000W/m² front, 135W/m² rear) as well as with 5% and 10% rear gain. Coefficients are -0.29%/°C for Pmax and -0.24%/°C for Voc, NOCT 43±2°C, operating range -40 to +85°C, and the module is rated 1500V DC under both IEC and UL with a 35A series fuse.

Installation notes from the manual

In the Vertex user manual, four clamps on the long frame with rails running across it must sit in the 420–520mm zone, rated for 2400Pa uplift and 5400Pa downforce; with rails parallel to the long frame the zone is 440–540mm and downforce drops to 3600Pa. For bifacial modules the manual bases the 1.25 sizing factor on the Isc with rear irradiance, so cables, fuses and inverter inputs should be checked against the BNPI current rather than STC alone.

Warranty and packing

Trina gives a 12-year product warranty and a 30-year power warranty, with at most 1% degradation in the first year and 0.4% per year afterwards, which leaves 87.4% after 30 years. Modules are packed 36 per box and 720 per 40ft container. Connectors are MC4 EVO2, TS4 Plus or TS4 according to the regional datasheet, and the portrait cables are 350/280mm, with customised lengths available.
