Overview

A pallet of 36 Runergy HY-DH132N11-620 modules, 22.32kWp in total. The large 132-cell N11 format measures 2,382×1,134×30mm and weighs 32.4kg, with a silver-anodised frame and glass on both faces. Each module delivers 620Wp at 23.0% efficiency, 48.91V Voc and 15.90A Isc, and 683Wp at BNPI rear irradiance thanks to 80±5% bifaciality. The size suits commercial roofs, carports and ground-mounted plants where fewer, larger modules cut mounting and wiring work.

Formats in this range

The N11 series uses n-type monocrystalline half-cells cut from 182×210mm rectangular wafers, which Runergy calls the 210R platform. All formats are 1,134mm wide and 30mm deep: the 96-cell HY-DH96N11 and HY-DH96N11B measure 1,762mm and weigh 25kg, the 108-cell HY-DH108N11 measures 1,961mm at 27.5kg, and the 132-cell HY-DH132N11 measures 2,382mm at 32.4kg. The 96- and 108-cell modules have black-anodised frames, the 132-cell version a silver one.

Every module is glass-glass, with 2.0mm anti-reflective heat-strengthened glass in front and 2.0mm heat-strengthened glass at the rear, an IP68 junction box with three bypass diodes and 4mm² cables. Runergy rates them for 1500V DC under IEC and UL, a 35A maximum series fuse, IEC fire Class A and a 35mm hailstone at 27.2m/s.

Rear-side yield and temperature behaviour

The datasheets quote a bifaciality of 80±5% and publish output at BNPI (1000W/m² front, 135W/m² rear) as well as at 5%, 15% and 25% rear-side gain. Temperature coefficients are -0.29%/°C for Pmax, -0.25%/°C for Voc and +0.045%/°C for Isc, with NMOT 42±2°C and NOCT 45±2°C. Runergy lists IEC 61215, IEC 61730, UL 61730, IEC 61701 salt mist, IEC 62716 ammonia and IEC 60068 among the certifications.

Installation notes from the manual

Runergy's 2025 installation manual allows landscape or portrait mounting with clamps or the frame holes. Clamps should be at least 50mm wide and 3mm thick in 6063-T5 aluminium with stainless M8 bolts tightened to 18–24Nm. Leave at least 10cm between frame and roof or wall and 10mm between modules for thermal expansion; for bifacial yield the manual recommends at least 1m between the lower edge and the ground or roof.

Size strings with Voc multiplied by 1.25 and never mix modules with different electrical characteristics in one string. A fuse is required on each string when more than two are connected in parallel. Runergy recommends a tilt of at least 10° for self-cleaning and negative grounding of the system to reduce PID risk; the frame must not be drilled.

Warranty

Runergy's European warranty (version 4.0) gives 30 years of linear power warranty for all three dual-glass N11 formats: at most 1% loss in the first year, 0.40% a year after that and at least 87.4% after 30 years. The product warranty is 12 years for HY-DH108N11 and HY-DH132N11. For HY-DH96N11 it is 15 years, extended to 25 years for rooftop installations in Europe of up to 500kW.
