An Italian company selling batteries, inverters and solar equipment since 2015. Registered office in Sigillo (Perugia), VAT IT03894170541.
Who we areNew, original Solis products with full manufacturer warranty, supplied with their documentation.
The S6-GU3P300K06-EV-ND is the 300kW model of the Solis S6-GU3P(275-350)K06-EV-ND series of 1500V string inverters for utility-scale and large commercial plants; suppliers sometimes list it as S6-GU300K06-EV-ND. Six MPP trackers take up to 30 strings and 80A per tracker in the 480–1500V range. The 800V three-phase output, at up to 216.5A, is fed through a medium-voltage transformer, and the manual recommends a 315A AC breaker. Peak efficiency is 99.0%, and the 119kg IP66 housing integrates PID recovery and night-time SVG.
The S6-GU3P(275-350)K06-EV-ND is a transformerless 1500V string inverter for utility-scale PV plants and large commercial and industrial systems. Its AC output is three-phase 800V without neutral, so it connects to the grid through a dedicated medium-voltage transformer. Six MPP trackers take 24 strings on the 275kW model and up to 30 strings on the larger models, with 70A or 80A per tracker for 182mm and 210mm bifacial modules.
The MPPT window runs from 480V to 1500V with a 500V start-up voltage. Solis states a DC/AC ratio above 150%, 99.0% peak and 98.7% European efficiency, and a patented heat-transfer design that allows a 5% continuous output increase at high temperature.
String monitoring, smart I-V curve scan and online grounding-fault detection help locate faults quickly. The DC switch can be released remotely after an intelligent string break, and AC and DC terminal temperatures are monitored. A night-time SVG function and 30ms reactive power response let the inverter provide reactive power, and PID recovery is integrated; the manual notes that anti-PID requires an IT-system transformer and 1.8/3kV AC cable.
The IP66 housing measures 1098×813×378.5mm, weighs 117–119kg and is rated for corrosion class C5-M, with low-temperature antifreeze, reverse dust removal and internal dehumidification. Solis asks for 1000mm in front, 600mm at the sides and below and 200mm above a single inverter. Aluminium AC cables up to 400mm² connect to OT terminals, and the manual gives a recommended AC protection rating for each model, for example 350A for the 333kW version.
Grid connection standards listed are EN 50549, G99, VDE 0126, IEC 61727, VDE-AR-N 4110 and CEA 2019. For Italy, Solis publishes a CEI 0-16 declaration of conformity and certificate; a VDE-AR-N 4110/4120/4130 confirmation is available for Germany. Stacking inverters vertically is not recommended, and nothing should be stored on or against the housing.
Status is shown by LED indicators and the inverter is commissioned through the Solis app over Bluetooth. RS485 is standard and power-line communication (PLC) over the AC cables is optional, which saves separate communication wiring in large plants. Daytime anti-PID operation requires a Solis S3 logger, and plant-level monitoring runs through SolisCloud.
No. The output is three-phase 800V without neutral, so the inverter is connected through a medium-voltage transformer, as in utility-scale and large C&I plants.
Each MPP tracker accepts up to 70A (275kW) or 80A (larger models), which Solis states is compatible with 182mm and 210mm bifacial modules.
The OT terminals accept cables up to 400mm², including aluminium, which reduces AC cabling cost.
Yes. Solis publishes a CEI 0-16 declaration of conformity and a CEI 0-16 certificate for the S6-GU3P(275-350)K06-EV-ND.
