Who we areNew, original Huawei products with full manufacturer warranty, supplied with their documentation.
The SUN2000-330KTL-H1 is a 1500V string inverter rated 300kW nominal, with 330kVA maximum apparent power at 800V AC and 216.6A nominal output current. Six MPP trackers at 65A each, with 115A short-circuit current per tracker and 28 string inputs, serve utility-scale arrays, and maximum efficiency is at least 99.03%. The IP66 housing with C5-Medium corrosion protection weighs up to 112kg and accepts AC cables with OT/DT lugs up to 400mm². Huawei designates this variant for Europe, Asia-Pacific and Latin America.
The SUN2000-330KTL-H1 is the version of Huawei's 330kVA 1500V string inverter for Europe, Asia-Pacific and Latin America; the H2 variant for the Middle East, Africa and Eurasia is rated 275kW nominal. Six MPP trackers each accept 65A and 115A short-circuit current, with 4/5/5/4/5/5 string inputs per tracker, 28 in total. Tracking runs from 500V to 1,500V, start-up is at 550V and the nominal input voltage is 1,080V.
On the AC side the inverter delivers 300kW nominal and 330kVA maximum apparent power, or 330kW at unity power factor, at 800V three-phase without neutral (3W+PE). Nominal output current is 216.6A and maximum current 238.2A, with THDi below 1% at rated power and a power factor adjustable from 0.8 leading to 0.8 lagging. AC conductors are terminated with OT/DT lugs of up to 400mm².
Smart String-level Disconnection (SSLD) detects abnormal current, such as an internal short circuit, reversed polarity or string backfeed, and disconnects the affected string within milliseconds. Smart Connector-level Detection (SCLD) uses a sensor to raise an alarm or shut down when connector signals or temperatures are abnormal, and DC insulation is monitored per MPPT to locate faults faster. Type II surge arresters protect the DC and AC sides, and a residual current detection unit is integrated.
The 1,048×732×395mm housing weighs up to 112kg with its mounting plate, is rated IP66 and has C5-Medium anti-corrosion protection. It operates from -25°C to +60°C and up to 4,000m without derating, with smart air cooling and a self-cleaning fan. DC strings connect through HH4SMM4TMSPA/HH4SFM4TMSPA connectors. Listed standards include IEC 62109-1/-2, IEC 62920, IEC 60947-2, EN 50549-2 and IEC 61683; country-specific grid certificates should be confirmed with Huawei.
Communication runs over RS485 or MBUS power-line communication on the AC cables, so no separate data cabling is needed to the inverters; Huawei states 1,000m of communication distance and a 9MW array span. Local commissioning uses WLAN with the app, and a USB port is available. Smart I-V curve diagnosis scans the strings remotely, and Huawei's SDS smart tracking algorithm is offered for plants built on trackers.
300kW is the nominal AC active power. The maximum apparent power is 330kVA, and the maximum active power at unity power factor is 330kW.
Huawei designates the H1 for Asia-Pacific, Latin America and Europe with 300kW nominal power. The H2 is for the Middle East, Africa and Eurasia, with 275kW nominal power at 50°C ambient.
28 strings in total, distributed 4/5/5/4/5/5 over the six MPP trackers, each tracker taking up to 65A.
No. The nominal output voltage is 800V three-phase (3W+PE), so the inverter feeds the grid through a suitable transformer.
