An Italian company selling batteries, inverters and solar equipment since 2015. Registered office in Sigillo (Perugia), VAT IT03894170541.
Who we areNew, original SolaX products with full manufacturer warranty, supplied with their documentation.
The TP-LD53 is SolaX's 5.3kWh, 51.2V lithium iron phosphate module for 48V hybrid systems, sold as T-BAT-SYS-LV D53. It handles 100A charge and discharge (2.6kW rated, 6.1kW maximum, 7.7kW for 10 seconds) and offers 5.03kWh usable at 95% depth of discharge. Up to 16 modules can run in parallel for 85.1kWh. The IP65 housing of 430×645×150mm and 48.5kg mounts on a wall or on the floor.
The TP-LD53 is a self-contained 51.2V lithium iron phosphate module for low-voltage hybrid inverters. Each module has its own battery management, status indicators and CAN 2.0 or RS485 communication to the inverter. Capacity is increased by connecting further modules in parallel through a combiner box, up to 16 modules and 85.1kWh. Parallel cables must be sized for the current, from at least 50mm² at 200A to 120mm² at 400A.
SolaX requires the bi-directional storage inverter connected to the battery to be an isolated type. The X1-HYB-LV-EU single-phase hybrid lists LD53 as its SolaX battery, and the CEI 0-21 certificate for that inverter series covers configurations with TP-LD53 for the Italian grid.
A module stores 5.3kWh, of which 5.03kWh is usable at 95% depth of discharge. Rated power is 2.6kW and maximum power 6.1kW, with a peak of 7.7kW for 10 seconds. Recommended current is 50A; maximum charge and discharge current is 100A and can reach 120A at 25°C, depending on temperature, state of charge and the number of modules in parallel.
SolaX states more than 6000 cycles at 95% depth of discharge to 70% end of life and a 10-year warranty. Charging is possible from 0°C to +53°C and discharging from -20°C to +53°C, with natural cooling. Certifications listed are IEC 62619, IEC 62040 and CE, with UN 38.3 transport testing and hazardous-goods class 9.
The module measures 430×645×150mm and weighs 48.5kg. It can be floor- or wall-mounted, indoors or outdoors thanks to IP65, but outdoors it should be protected from direct sun, rain and snow. Keep 200–300mm from the wall to the side edge, 400–600mm between neighbouring modules and 55mm behind a floor-standing module; on the wall, the bottom of the pack sits 300–350mm above the ground.
No. Each module has its own battery management and connects directly to the inverter's battery and BMS ports; parallel systems use a combiner box.
Up to 16, giving 85.1kWh nominal. Parallel power cables must be sized for the total current.
SolaX lists LD53 for the X1-HYB-LV-EU single-phase low-voltage hybrid inverters, which also have a CEI 0-21 certificate with TP-LD53 for Italy.
Yes, the module is IP65 and rated for outdoor use, provided it is protected from direct sunlight, rain and snow.
