Who we areNew, original Horay products with full manufacturer warranty, supplied with their documentation.
A pallet of 36 Horay Cosmos HS630TC-MHC-D modules, 22.68kWp in total. Each 132-cell n-type TOPCon dual-glass module produces 630Wp at 23.3% efficiency, with 49.87V Voc, 16.05A Isc and 41.45V at the maximum power point; with 135W/m² on the rear Horay rates it at 693W. At 2,382×1,134×30mm and 32.5kg, with 1500V system voltage and a 30A series fuse rating, it is a format for commercial roofs, carports and ground-mounted arrays.
Cosmos HS210R-132TC-D is the large-format module of Horay Solar, a manufacturer based in Wuxi, China, with European sales and service in Langen, Germany. It uses 132 half-cut n-type TOPCon cells in the 210R rectangular format with super multi-busbar interconnection, laminated between two 2.0mm heat-strengthened glass sheets with anti-reflective coating. The anodised aluminium frame gives a 2,382×1,134×30mm module of 32.5kg with an IP68 junction box and three diodes. The 2026 datasheet covers 620Wp to 640Wp in 5W steps, with positive tolerance (0…+3%) and efficiencies from 22.9% to 23.7%.
Maximum system voltage is 1500V DC and the maximum series fuse 30A. Temperature coefficients are -0.28%/°C for Pmax, -0.23%/°C for Voc and +0.04%/°C for Isc, NMOT 45±2°C. Under BNPI conditions (135W/m² on the rear) the modules deliver 682–704W. Horay asks designers to take 1.25 times the Isc and Voc on the label when rating cables, fuses and controllers, and to check the inverter limits with its supplier.
For the 132-cell dual-glass model the manual allows 5400Pa front and 2400Pa rear test load when the module is bolted through the outer holes on rails crossing the long frame, or clamped 350–450mm from the corners on such rails; other positions are rated lower.
Clamps should be at least 50mm long with 10–12mm overlap on the frame, M8 bolts tightened to 12–16Nm. Horay suggests a tilt of at least 10°, at least 10cm between frame and roof surface for ventilation, and installation below 2000m. Sites exposed to salt mist, strong chemical vapours or acid rain are excluded.
Horay gives a 15-year product warranty and a 30-year linear power warranty for n-type modules: at most 1% loss in the first year and 0.4% per year afterwards, so at least 87.4% of rated power after 30 years. The power warranty applies to the front side at STC. Modules ship 36 per pallet, 720 per 40ft HC container.
Yes. It is a dual-glass module with a Pmax bifaciality coefficient of 80±5% in the 2026 datasheet; with 135W/m² rear irradiance the 630W model reaches 693W.
The current global datasheet lists MC4-compatible connectors on 4mm² cables of about 300mm; the Australian version names WIN02 connectors from Ningbo Win Solar.
15 years on the product and 30 years linear power: 99% after year one, then 0.4% less per year, at least 87.4% after 30 years.
36 modules per pallet and 720 per 40ft HC container.
