An Italian company selling batteries, inverters and solar equipment since 2015. Registered office in Sigillo (Perugia), VAT IT03894170541.
Who we areNew, original Haier products with full manufacturer warranty, supplied with their documentation.
The HLS-1X5K is the one-module configuration of Haier's HLS low-voltage storage: a B051100P03-H LFP module (51.2V, 100Ah), base and control box, with 5kWh nominal and 4.5kWh usable energy. It charges and discharges at 50A nominal and 100A maximum and talks to 48V inverters over CAN or RS485. Up to four modules fit in one system, and three systems can be paralleled. The IP65 unit measures 573×597×189mm and weighs 65kg.
An HLS system is built from a base, one to four B051100P03-H modules (51.2V, 100Ah, 5.12kWh, 16 cells in series) and an H0K1200P03-H control box rated 250A. The BMS in the control box monitors cell data and communicates with the inverter over CAN or RS485; Wi-Fi serves maintenance only. Usable energy is 90% of nominal, from 4.5kWh for one module to 18kWh for four.
Charge and discharge current grows with the number of modules: 50A nominal and 100A maximum for one module, up to 200A for three or four. Up to three systems can be paralleled for 60kWh, each cluster being switched on and off independently.
The battery connects to 48V inverters with a CAN or RS485 BMS link. In the PowerLite app the installer selects the inverter protocol; the manual lists Haier, Deye, SMA, Victron, GoodWe, Sacolar, Selectronic, MEGAREVO and LUXPOWER besides a default setting. Haier combines the same modules with its H1PL inverters in the E-Tower LV system. The manual also lists CEI 0-21 among the certifications.
The cabinet stands on a base placed on level ground 35mm from the wall and is anchored with L-brackets; modules weigh 50kg each. The 5kWh system measures 573×597×189mm and weighs 65kg, the 20kWh system 573×1542×189mm and 215kg. IP65 allows indoor or outdoor installation, preferably sheltered from sun, rain and snow.
Charging works from -10°C and discharging from -20°C up to +50°C. Below 0°C a heating film warms the cells above 3°C before charging, and power is reduced below 10°C and above 45°C cell temperature; Haier recommends a temperature-controlled location between 15°C and 40°C for full performance. Above 80% SOC the charging power is reduced progressively.
The PowerLite app, reached over Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, shows SOC, alarms and module data. An unused system should be recharged every six months and stored at 45–55% SOC with the output disconnected, because the BMS keeps drawing a small current. At high ambient temperatures the manual sets shorter recharge intervals, down to seven days between 45°C and 50°C.
48V inverters with CAN or RS485 BMS link. The manual provides protocol settings for Haier, Deye, SMA, Victron, GoodWe, Sacolar, Selectronic, MEGAREVO and LUXPOWER, plus a default protocol.
One to four modules per system (5–20kWh) and up to three systems in parallel, for 60kWh in total.
Yes, down to -10°C. Below 0°C the cells are heated above 3°C before charging starts.
4.5kWh, based on 90% depth of discharge.
