An Italian company selling batteries, inverters and solar equipment since 2015. Registered office in Sigillo (Perugia), VAT IT03894170541.
Who we areNew, original Anker products with full manufacturer warranty, supplied with their documentation.
The Solarbank 4 E5000 Pro holds 5,024Wh in 314Ah LFP cells and takes up to 5,000W of PV on four MPPT inputs of 1,250W each. Its bidirectional inverter exchanges up to 2,500W with the grid in the hard-wired version, or 800W in plug-in setups, and a separate off-grid port supplies 2,500W during outages. With five BP5000 packs the system reaches about 30kWh. Anker states 10,000 cycles; the 50kg, IP66 unit is floor-standing and suits homes with heat pumps or larger arrays than a balcony kit.
The Solarbank 4 E5000 Pro integrates four MPPT charge controllers, a 16V LFP battery built from 314Ah cells and an isolated bidirectional inverter in one 50kg unit. PV energy charges the battery and supplies the home through the on-grid terminal; the battery can also charge from the grid at up to 2,500W, which supports time-of-use and dynamic-tariff strategies. Anker states 10,000 cycles and a 15-year product lifespan.
Up to five BP5000 expansion batteries stack beneath the main unit, taking capacity from 5,024Wh to about 30kWh. The main unit is backward compatible with BP2700 and BP1600 packs; when models are mixed, the stacking order can affect the charging power of the system.
Each of the four PV ports accepts 16–50V MPPT range, 60V maximum, 36A and 1,250W. Modules may be connected in parallel, two or three per port, up to twelve panels, as long as total short-circuit current stays within 45A per port; series connection is not allowed. Depending on model and country setting, grid output is 600, 790, 800 or 2,500W. A separate off-grid port supplies 2,500W during outages, switching within about 10ms, with 3,600W bypass.
The main unit measures 460×305×355mm and each BP5000 460×254×332.5mm and 42kg; every added pack raises the stack by about 300mm, up to roughly 1,855mm fully expanded. The system is floor-standing, with wall fittings used only as anti-tip anchors. The 2,500W version is connected to the distribution board by a qualified electrician using 2.5–4mm² three-core copper cable, and Anker recommends a 16–20A breaker.
Published grid certificates include VDE-AR-N 4105 for Germany, EN 50549-1 with French parameters, Belgian C10/11, Austrian TOR Erzeuger Type A and CE declarations to EN 62109-1/-2. The COM port provides RS485 for a meter, two SG-Ready heat-pump outputs and rapid-shutdown or DRM inputs.
The Anker app connects over Wi-Fi 2.4GHz and Bluetooth. Modes include smart mode, custom schedules, dynamic tariff, time-of-use, rapid charging and Storm Guard, which charges ahead of severe weather warnings. Self-consumption and smart operation require an Anker SOLIX Smart Meter or Smart Meter Gen 2, and a backup reserve can be set as a minimum state of charge.
One Solarbank 4 E5000 Pro plus five BP5000 expansion batteries, about 30kWh in total (6 × 5,024Wh).
No. Anker specifies a floor-standing design; the wall fittings only secure the stack against tipping.
Yes. The main unit is backward compatible with BP2700 and BP1600 expansion batteries, although mixing models can change the achievable charging power.
Up to 2,500W to loads connected to that port, until the battery reaches its minimum state of charge. Whole-house backup via the on-grid terminal is not supported.
