An Italian company selling batteries, inverters and solar equipment since 2015. Registered office in Sigillo (Perugia), VAT IT03894170541.
Who we areNew, original Marstek products with full manufacturer warranty, supplied with their documentation.
Venus A combines four MPPT inputs, a 2.12kWh LFP battery and a bidirectional inverter in one IP65 housing of 26kg. Up to 2,400W of PV modules connect directly with MC4 plugs, one module per 16A input, and the unit feeds the home with 800VA by default or 1,500VA where permitted. A Schuko backup socket supplies 1.2kW during outages, with peaks of 1.44kW. Up to five expansion batteries raise capacity to 12.72kWh, and charging from the grid at up to 1,500VA lets the system use low dynamic-tariff prices.
Venus A brings solar charge controllers, an LFP battery and a microinverter together in one 26kg housing. PV modules plug directly into four independent MPPT inputs, each with its own 16A limit, and the integrated inverter feeds the home through a PECO-S-BM grid connector. Because the inverter is bidirectional, the battery can also charge from the grid at up to 1,500VA, for instance when dynamic tariffs are low or negative.
The unit is also AC-coupled to the home circuit, so with a smart meter it can store surplus from an existing PV system as well as from its own panels. Marstek states that the battery keeps 80% of its capacity over 15 years of use and covers the unit with a 10-year warranty.
Each MPPT input accepts 16–60V and starts at 22V, so the 60V limit means modules connect one per input rather than in series strings; the combined limit is 2,400W. The 41.6V battery (13 LFP cells in series) is rated for more than 6,000 cycles at 25°C and 90% depth of discharge. Up to five expansion batteries of 2.12kWh can be added to the base unit, taking capacity to 12.72kWh. A Schuko backup socket supplies 1.2kW continuously, with peaks of 1.44kW, when the grid is down.
The base unit measures 450×340×220mm and weighs 26kg; each expansion battery measures 450×340×168mm and weighs 19kg. Both are IP65-rated with natural convection cooling, protection class I and overvoltage category DC II/AC III, for use from -20 to +60°C. The grid output is set to 800VA by default and can be raised to 1,500VA where the local rules on plug-in systems permit it. Marstek advises that electrical connection and commissioning be carried out by a qualified person in line with local regulations.
The Marstek app configures the system over Bluetooth, Wi-Fi or Ethernet and shows energy flows in real time. In self-consumption mode a smart meter on the main panel lets the unit match its output to household demand and avoid export. The AI mode, based on MARSTEK Intelligence, uses dynamic tariff prices to decide when to charge and discharge, charging automatically when prices are low or negative.
Four inputs of up to 16A and 60V each, with 2,400W of PV in total. Modules are connected one per input with MC4 connectors, since the 60V input limit rules out series strings of standard modules.
Up to five 2.12kWh expansion batteries can be added to the 2.12kWh base unit, for 12.72kWh in total.
Yes, through its Schuko backup socket: 1.2kW continuously and up to 1.44kW for short peaks.
Yes. Besides its own MPPT inputs, the unit is AC-coupled, so with a smart meter it can store surplus energy from an installed PV system.
