Overview

A pallet of 36 Suntech STP510S-H54-Nfb+ modules totalling 18.36kWp. The Nfb+ is the Black Pro version of Ultra T 2.0 H54: monofacial, all-black in appearance, with 108 n-type TOPCon half cells in a 1.6mm + 1.6mm double-glass laminate. Each module gives 510Wp at 22.9% efficiency, with 34.39V Vmp, 14.83A Imp, 40.72V Voc and 15.73A Isc, in a 1,961×1,134×30mm, 23.5kg format. The 893kg pallet measures 1,980×1,120×1,260mm.

Two versions, one format

Ultra T 2.0 is Suntech's n-type TOPCon range based on 210R rectangular wafers. The H54 models use 108 half-cut cells (6×18) with multi-busbar interconnection in a 1,961×1,134×30mm, 23.5kg double-glass laminate with 1.6mm anti-reflective front glass and 1.6mm heat-strengthened rear glass. Two versions share the 495–515W classes: the Nfb+ (Black Pro) is monofacial with an all-black appearance, the Nth+ (Black Thru) is bifacial with a reference bifaciality factor of (80±5)%.

Electrical data

Both versions reach 22.3–23.2% efficiency with a 0…+3% power tolerance, 1500V DC (IEC) system voltage and temperature coefficients of -0.28%/°C for Pmax and -0.24%/°C for Voc. Their I-V figures differ: at 500W the Nfb+ has 40.38V Voc and 15.63A Isc, the Nth+ 39.72V Voc and 15.82A Isc. The series fuse rating is 35A for the Nfb+ and 30A for the Nth+. Under BNPI conditions (135W/m² rear irradiance) the Nth+ is rated 543–563W.

Mounting and wiring per the manual

Suntech's 2026 installation manual rates the H54 double-glass series at +5400/-2400Pa test load when bolted through the outer four holes or clamped on the long frame within the 345–445mm range; short-frame clamping (50–150mm) is limited to +1600/-1600Pa. The test load equals 1.5 times the design load. Keep at least 10cm between modules and roof, 1cm between modules and a tilt of at least 10°; behind bifacial Nth+ modules, keep the rear side as free from obstructions as possible.

For string sizing the manual multiplies Isc by 1.25, or 1.56 for conductors and fuses, and corrects Voc for the coldest site temperature with Cvoc = 1 − αVoc × (25 − Tmin). Strings must stay within the 1500V rating and the inverter input limits, use 4mm² solar cable and compatible connectors, and never mix modules of different electrical ratings. Frames are earthed through the marked grounding hole; drilling extra holes voids the warranty.

Pallet, container and warranty

Suntech packs 36 modules per pallet (1,980×1,120×1,260mm, 893kg) and 864 per 40ft high-cube container. The 2026 global limited warranty covers STPXXXS-H54-N (th, fb, sfb)+ modules for 25 years on product and 30 years on power: at least 99% in year one, then no more than 0.40% loss per year, ending at 87.40% in year 30. It starts at sale to the first installing customer or at the latest 12 months after factory dispatch.
