A pallet of 36 Sunerg XMTD3510CBDBW modules, 18.36kWp in total. The 108-cell X-HALF CUT TOPCon module measures 1,962×1,134×30mm and weighs 26.6kg, delivering 510Wp at 22.92% efficiency with 40.30V Voc and 15.82A Isc. With 80±5% bifaciality, Sunerg quotes 536W at 5% and 586.5W at 15% rear-side gain. The 2.0+2.0mm high-transmission glass and 1500V rating suit residential and commercial roofs as well as elevated or ground-mounted structures.

How TOPCon works here

Sunerg's X-HALF CUT TOPCon range uses n-type monocrystalline cells with a tunnel-oxide passivated contact: a very thin oxide layer between the metal contacts and the silicon wafer that reduces recombination losses and raises conversion efficiency. The cells are cut in half and laminated between two 2.0mm glass sheets, so the rear face also produces power from light reflected by the roof, ground or nearby surfaces.

Versions in this range

Two formats are offered here. The XMHC 430–460Wp module of the bifacial TOPCon line measures 1,762×1,134×30mm and weighs 24kg, with up to 23.02% efficiency and a 25-year product warranty. The XMTD3 490–520Wp module of the TOPCon extra-UE line measures 1,962×1,134×30mm, weighs 26.6kg, uses 108 half-cut 182×105mm cells and carries a 15-year product warranty; its bifaciality is 80±5%.

Both have an anodised aluminium alloy frame, an IP68 junction box with three bypass diodes, 4.0mm² output cables and MC4-type connectors. Sunerg rates them for 1500V system voltage, a 30A series fuse, -40°C to +85°C operation and 5400Pa / 2400Pa maximum load, with a NOCT of 45±2°C.

Rear-side gain and temperature behaviour

The datasheets give the extra output at different rear-side gains: for the 440Wp module 462W at 5%, 484W at 10% and 528W at 20%; for the 510Wp module 536W at 5%, 586.5W at 15% and 637.5W at 25%. Actual gain depends on albedo and mounting height. Temperature coefficients are -0.29%/°C for Pmax and -0.25%/°C for Voc, with +0.044 to +0.046%/°C for Isc.

Warranty and certifications

Both datasheets give a 30-year linear performance warranty with 99% at the end of year one and 87.4% at the end of the warranty term. The product warranty is 25 years for the XMHC 430–460Wp module and 15 years for the XMTD3 490–520Wp module. Sunerg lists CE marking, UNI 9177, PV CYCLE membership and ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
