Who we areNew, original SolaX products with full manufacturer warranty, supplied with their documentation.
The X1-MINI-3.3K-G4 is the largest model in the EU datasheet of the X1-MINI G4 series: 3300W rated output from a single MPP tracker. It accepts up to 6.6kWp of PV on one string of up to 16A, with the higher 550V maximum input voltage and 40–550V MPPT range of the 2.5kW and larger models. Maximum output current is 15A and SolaX recommends a 20A AC micro-breaker. The IP66 unit weighs 5.5kg.
The X1-MINI G4 is SolaX's smallest single-phase string inverter: one MPP tracker for one string of up to 16A, transformerless conversion to 220/230/240V AC and a global MPP scan with shading optimisation. A SolaX meter or CT at the grid connection point enables the built-in export control, which caps the power fed into the grid at the configured limit and also provides consumption readings.
The manual describes heat-pump control through the SolaX Adapter Box or Adapter Box G2, operation with a SolaX EV charger and switching to a generator through an ATS. Up to five inverters can be connected in parallel over Modbus without an external energy manager, or up to sixty with a SolaX DataHub as master of the system.
SolaX allows PV arrays up to twice the rated power, from 1.2kWp on the 0.6kW model to 6.6kWp on the 3.3kW model. Models up to 2kW accept 450V maximum input with a 40–450V MPPT range; from 2.5kW the limits rise to 550V and 40–550V. Maximum efficiency is 98.0%, European efficiency 97.0% from the 1.1kW model upwards, and night-time consumption stays below 1W.
The IP66 housing measures 290×206×120mm and weighs 5.2kg up to 2kW and 5.5kg above; cooling is natural and typical noise 25dB. The operating range is -25°C to +60°C, derating above 45°C, at altitudes up to 4000m with derating above 3000m. Leave 15cm below the terminals when a Pocket WiFi+4G dongle is fitted and 30cm between inverters. SolaX recommends 10A micro-breakers up to 1.5kW, 16A for 2kW and 20A for 2.5–3.3kW.
Grid standards listed are IEC 61727, EN 50549, G98, G99, AS 4777.2, VDE 4105, CEI 0-21 and VFR, with safety to EN/IEC 62109-1/-2. SolaX publishes a CEI 0-21 declaration covering the X1-MINI-0.7K-G4 to 3.3K-G4. Type II surge protection is fitted on both DC and AC sides, the inverter is ready for a rapid-shutdown function and AFCI is available as an option.
Monitoring and remote settings run on SolaXCloud through a SolaX Pocket WiFi, LAN or 4G dongle, and SolaX quotes a 10-second data refresh in the cloud. An I-V curve scan helps locate string faults during service. RS485, DRM, USB and a heat-pump interface are standard, and a meter or CT can be added when export control or consumption monitoring is required.
SolaX allows up to 200% of rated power on one string with up to 16A: 2.2kWp on the 1.1K, 3kWp on the 1.5K, 4kWp on the 2.0K and 6.6kWp on the 3.3K model.
Yes. The export control function needs a SolaX meter or CT at the grid connection point; without one, export control must be left disabled.
Up to five X1-MINI G4 inverters can be paralleled over Modbus, or up to sixty with a SolaX DataHub.
AFCI is optional. When fitted, SolaX specifies type F-I-AFPE-1-1-1.
