The TP-HS25 is the 2.5kWh LFP module of the SolaX T-BAT-SYS-HV-S2.5 system. Between two and thirteen modules stack under one TBMS-MCS0800 BMS, from 5.1kWh (T-BAT HS5.0) to 33.2kWh (T-BAT HS32.5) at 102.4–665.6V, with 90% usable. Each 30kg module is 152mm high, so towers grow in small steps. For SolaX three-phase hybrids plan at least three modules, the BMS and a base; current is limited to 50A.
Both systems share one architecture: a base, a stack of battery modules connected in series and a TBMS-MCS0800 BMS on top. The T-BAT-SYS-HV-S2.5 uses TP-HS25 modules and the S3.6 uses TP-HS36 modules, each with its own configuration list. Each module adds 51.2V, so two modules give 102.4V and thirteen give 665.6V. Above ten modules the stack is split into two towers joined by a series box.
With TP-HS25 modules the range is 5.1kWh (T-BAT HS5.0) to 33.2kWh (T-BAT HS32.5); with TP-HS36 it is 7.3kWh (T-BAT HS7.2) to 47.9kWh (T-BAT HS46.8). Usable energy is 90% of nominal. SolaX states that a TCBox-70 allows up to three battery towers and expansion cables up to two, subject to the inverter.
Maximum charge and discharge current is 50A for both systems; the recommended current is 30A for HS25 and 35A for HS36, and actual values depend on temperature and state of charge. Rated power ranges from 3.1kW to 20.0kW for HS25 and from 3.5kW to 23.3kW for HS36, depending on the number of modules. Cycle life is over 6000 cycles at 90% depth of discharge.
Battery heating allows charging and discharging from -30°C to +53°C; without heating, charging starts at 0°C. The IP65 modules include aerosol fire suppression, a soft start against inrush currents and a plug-and-play stacking design. Certifications listed are IEC 62619, IEC 60730, IEC 62040, CE, UN 38.3 and UL 9540A.
Modules measure 510×152×365mm; the TBMS-MCS0800 and the series box are 510×157×365mm. Place the base 30–200mm from the wall (60mm recommended), and keep more than 400mm free at each side and more than 100mm above the stack; two towers stand 400–800mm apart. Inverter compatibility determines how many modules and towers may be used.
The X3-Hybrid G4 manual specifies at least three modules with one TBMS-MCS0800 (3–13 modules); with only three modules and no PV, a system voltage below 127V will not start. The X3-HYB G4 PRO and X3-ULTRA manuals also list both systems. The X3-Hybrid G4 CEI 0-21 certificate includes T-BAT HS configurations.
Yes. Each system needs one TBMS-MCS0800 BMS and a base; a series box is added when the modules are split into two towers.
The datasheet starts at two modules, but SolaX three-phase hybrids such as the X3-Hybrid G4 require at least three modules with one BMS.
Module capacity: 2.5kWh for TP-HS25 and 3.6kWh for TP-HS36. Both use the same TBMS-MCS0800 BMS, voltage steps and 50A maximum current; SolaX lists them as two separate systems.
Up to 50A charge and discharge. The X3-HYB G4 PRO manual lists 45A for S25 and 50A for S36 on its battery terminals.
