Who we areNew, original SolaX products with full manufacturer warranty, supplied with their documentation.
The TB-HR140 is the 14.3kWh pack of SolaX's HR140 commercial rack battery: 16 LFP cells of 280Ah in series at 51.2V, in a 115kg indoor housing. Seven to fourteen packs connect in series under one TBMS-R15 high-voltage box, building clusters of 100.1–200.2kWh at 358.4–716.8V for the X3-AELIO hybrid inverter. With two clusters on the inverter's two battery ports, one X3-AELIO can manage up to 400.4kWh.
The HR140 is the indoor rack battery of SolaX's split commercial storage solution with the X3-AELIO hybrid inverter. A cluster consists of one TBMS-R15 high-voltage box (BMS) and seven to fourteen TB-HR140 packs connected in series in a rack. Each pack is a 1P16S string of 280Ah lithium iron phosphate cells at 51.2V and 14.3kWh, so a cluster runs from 358.4V and 100.1kWh (T-HR100.1) to 716.8V and 200.2kWh (T-HR200.2).
The X3-AELIO has two battery ports; with one cluster on each port SolaX quotes up to 400.4kWh per inverter. The TBMS-R15 operates between 250V and 1000V DC and communicates with the inverter over CAN, as do the packs with the BMS.
Usable energy is 90% of nominal, for example 180.2kWh of a 200.2kWh cluster. Rated charge and discharge power ranges from 50.2kW with seven packs to 100.4kW with fourteen, and SolaX states more than 6000 cycles at 90% depth of discharge and 95% round-trip efficiency. Charging works from 0°C to +53°C and discharging from -20°C to +53°C, with natural cooling.
The packs are rated IP20 for indoor installation at up to 3000m altitude and 5–85% humidity without condensation. The system is certified to IEC 62619, IEC 62477 and UN 38.3, and the X3-AELIO CEI 0-21 certificate includes the X3-AELIO-50K and 60K with the TB-HR140 storage system.
A TB-HR140 pack weighs 115kg and the high-voltage box 37.5kg; the rack measures 576×2287×823mm and weighs 91kg empty. SolaX offers eight installation options, one with a single bracket and seven with dual brackets, depending on pack count. Packs connect to the high-voltage box with the supplied power and communication cables, and the rack must stand indoors, as the packs are rated IP20 only. Up to two clusters connect to one X3-AELIO through its two battery ports.
SolaX documents the TB-HR140 only as part of the HR140 rack system: seven to fourteen packs in series under a TBMS-R15 high-voltage box, connected to the X3-AELIO.
At least seven and at most fourteen per cluster, which gives 100.1–200.2kWh nominal. The X3-AELIO can take one cluster on each of its two battery ports.
No. The packs are IP20 and the rack is specified for indoor installation only.
SolaX publishes the HR140 as the battery of its AELIO+HR140 split C&I solution with the X3-AELIO-49.9K, 50K, 60K and 61K.
