Who we areNew, original Haier products with full manufacturer warranty, supplied with their documentation.
The HH3P-20K is a 20kW three-phase energy controller with four MPP trackers, accepting up to 32kW of PV at a maximum of 1100V. It works with one to six HBP-5.0 or HBP-8.0 modules at 600–900V and delivers 30kW peak for 10 seconds. Apparent power is 22kVA and European efficiency 97.9%; Haier allows up to 20 Smart Cube systems in parallel.
Smart Cube is built as a stack: an energy controller (hybrid inverter) sits on top of one to six HBP battery modules, and an optional DC EV charging module can be added to the same column. HBP-5.0 modules hold 5.38kWh and HBP-8.0 modules 8.06kWh, so one stack ranges from about 5kWh to 48.36kWh. Modules of both sizes can be combined under one controller. The battery side works at 300–600V with single-phase controllers and 600–900V with three-phase controllers.
The single-phase HH1P controllers (3–6kW) have two MPP trackers and a 600V input; the three-phase HH3P controllers (5–25kW) accept 1100V on two to four trackers. All trackers take 16A, and the PV array can reach twice the rated output, for example 32kW on the HH3P-20K.
With the Energy Gateway (HG-SS single-phase, HG-TS three-phase) the controller supplies the home with a 0ms load-side transfer when the grid fails, provided the controller power exceeds the backup load. The gateway also offers breaker positions for further loads, a generator input with 2-wire start, and whole-home or partial backup. Haier states that up to 20 systems can run in parallel, for a total of 960kWh.
The DC EV charging module (HEVDC-12S2C5 at 12.5kW or HEVDC-25S2C5 at 25kW, CCS2 connector, 150–1000V) stacks with the controller and charges a car directly from PV and battery. It is prepared for bi-directional V2X operation, which Haier says depends on the vehicle and on standards still to be published. Charging is tracked and scheduled in the app.
Controller and batteries are rated IP66 and can be floor-standing or wall-mounted. The single-phase controller weighs 18kg and is naturally cooled; the three-phase controller weighs 36kg and uses smart air cooling. HBP-5.0 modules weigh 55kg and HBP-8.0 modules 70kg, all 767×270×260mm. A three-phase stack of six HBP-8.0 modules is 1990mm high and 850mm wide with decorative covers. Haier quotes about 15 minutes for stacking and 5 minutes for commissioning.
Controllers communicate over WLAN, Fast Ethernet and RS485; the plug-in HC-U4G CommMod adds a 4G, 3G or 2G connection. The Power Sensor meter (single- or three-phase, RS485 Modbus) provides grid measurement for export limits. The Haier Smart Cube app shows production, storage and consumption, schedules EV charging and can monitor a heat pump.
Yes. Haier states that one controller accepts up to six modules with mixed capacities between 5kWh and 8kWh.
Yes. The 0ms backup transfer is achieved only when the Energy Gateway is used together with the energy controller and battery.
The datasheet lists an arc-fault circuit interrupter as an optional feature supported only in certain models, so check availability for the chosen controller.
Yes, with the HEVDC DC charging module (12.5kW or 25kW, CCS2) stacked with the controller, or with a Haier HEVAC wallbox.
