Who we areNew, original Felicity Solar products with full manufacturer warranty, supplied with their documentation.
FLH48100UMG1 is the 5.12kWh battery module of the first-generation FLH48100UG1 rack system. Each module holds 16 LiFePO4 cells in series, 51.2V and 100Ah, in a 19-inch housing of 482.6×565×131mm and 41.3kg. Four to twelve modules are wired in series under one FLH48100UCG1 control module, giving 20.48–61.44kWh at 204.8–614.4V nominal for high-voltage hybrid inverters. Continuous current is 100A, with 120A allowed for 15s.
An FLH48100 cluster is a column of 51.2V, 100Ah LiFePO4 modules connected in series under a high-voltage control module, all housed in a dedicated rack. Each module adds 5.12kWh and 51.2V, so system voltage rises with the number of modules. The control module contains the BMS master, breaker, LCD touch screen and inverter connection; Felicitysolar specifies the G1 control box at 720V and 100A.
Two generations are offered. G1 uses the FLH48100UCG1 control module with FLH48100UMG1 modules, four to twelve per system (20.48–61.44kWh, 204.8–614.4V). G2 uses the FLH48100UCG2 with FLH48100UMG2 modules, five to sixteen per cluster (25.6–81.92kWh), with up to 16 clusters in parallel, module-level balancing that allows new and old modules to be mixed and an aerosol fire extinguisher in every module.
Recommended charge and discharge current is 50A and the continuous maximum 100A, with 120A for 15s on G1. Cycle life is rated at 6,000 cycles or more. Depth of discharge is at least 95% on G1 and 90% on G2. Protection covers internal short circuit, over- and undervoltage, overcurrent and overtemperature on the battery side, and overvoltage, overcurrent, short circuit, reverse polarity, ground fault and inrush current on the inverter interface (G1 manual).
Modules are designed for rack mounting. For G1 the 13-level rack FLH48100R13G1 holds one control module and up to twelve modules and the 9-level FLH48100R9G1 up to eight; G2 has matching R13G2 and R9G2 racks. Modules are rated IP21, so the system belongs indoors, with charging from 0°C to 55°C and discharging from -20°C to 55°C, below 2000m.
The battery communicates with the inverter over RS485 or CAN, and the operating voltage of the chosen module count must fit the inverter battery input. Felicitysolar pairs the G2 system with its 50kW IVGM50KHP3G2 hybrid inverter and FLH-E60 cabinet in published system datasheets.
Parameters and working mode are set on the LCD touch screen of the control module, which also shows state of charge and fault codes; the G1 manual describes DIP switches for addressing parallel systems. G2 adds Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and USB for configuration and monitoring, and the data can be viewed in the Fsolar app.
No information in the official documents supports mixing generations. G1 modules work with the FLH48100UCG1 control module and G2 modules with the FLH48100UCG2.
Four FLH48100UMG1 modules (20.48kWh) for G1, five FLH48100UMG2 modules (25.6kWh) for G2.
No. The racks are separate products: 13-level and 9-level versions for each generation.
Yes. The G2 BMS balances at module level and supports mixing new and old modules, and up to 16 clusters can run in parallel.
