Who we areNew, original Dyness products with full manufacturer warranty, supplied with their documentation.
The S51100 Pro is the module of the Dyness STACK100 Pro: 51.2V, 100Ah and 5.12kWh of lithium iron phosphate, 4.864kWh usable at 95% depth of discharge. Three to fifteen modules are stacked on a base under the SBDU100 Pro control unit to form a 15.36–76.8kWh cluster working at 134.4–864V. It charges and discharges at up to 100A (5.12kW). The IP66, naturally cooled module measures 657×459×191mm, weighs 55kg and may be installed outdoors. This listing refers to the version with the optional heating function, which allows charging from -20°C instead of 0°C.
STACK100 Pro stacks 51.2V, 100Ah lithium iron phosphate modules in series on a base, under the SBDU100 Pro control unit. Three to fifteen S51100 Pro modules form a cluster of 15.36kWh to 76.8kWh with an operating voltage of 134.4V to 864V. Modules connect by stacking, with no cables between them, and Dyness quotes one cluster installed in about 30 minutes. Each module measures 657×459×191mm and weighs 55kg; the SBDU100 Pro control unit weighs 23.5kg.
The electrical ratings match STACK100: 0.5C (50A) recommended, 1C (100A) maximum and 125A for two minutes at 25°C, i.e. 2.56kW recommended and 5.12kW maximum per module, with 95% depth of discharge. The differences are mechanical. The IP66 housing is cooled by natural convection and stays at or below 50dB, and the safety concept combines a pressure relief valve, an aerosol extinguisher and temperature probes, with aerogel pads and module fire protection as options. Heating for charging down to -20°C is optional.
Thanks to IP66 the manual allows indoor and outdoor installation, away from flammable materials and out of direct sunlight. The manual specifies minimum clearances of 100mm to 300mm around the cluster and suggests two columns for more than eight modules.
Up to 12 clusters run in parallel when voltages are within 20V, all are fully charged and the youngest is less than three years newer; parallel clusters use the CAN-labelled cable. The datasheet names Solis, GoodWe, Deye and Solinteg among the compatible inverter brands; the manual adds Solplanet, Sunways, Hoymiles, SAJ, Sinexcel, ATESS, Megarevo and Sineng.
A Wi-Fi module in the control unit connects the system to the Dyness app with over-the-air updates. Dyness lists CE-EMC, CE-RED, IEC 62619, IEC 63056, IEC 62477, IEC 62040, UN38.3 and VDE 2510 for STACK100 Pro, a cycle life of at least 8,000 cycles and a 10-year warranty.
Same 5.12kWh module rating and 3–15 module clusters, but STACK100 Pro has an IP66 housing with natural cooling and may be installed outdoors, while STACK100 is IP20, fan-cooled and indoor only. Modules and controllers of the two series are different products.
Only with the optional heating function, which extends the charge range to -20°C. Without it, charging is allowed from 0°C to +55°C; discharge works from -20°C to +55°C.
Up to 15 modules per cluster (76.8kWh) and 12 clusters in parallel, which Dyness gives as up to 921kWh.
One SBDU100 Pro control unit, one base and at least three S51100 Pro modules. Expansion above eight modules is normally split into two columns.
