A pallet of 36 Astronergy ASTRO N7s 2.0 CHSM48RN(DG)(BLH)-460/F-BH modules, 16.56kWp in total. Each all-black dual-glass module delivers 460Wp at 23.0% efficiency from 96 n-type TOPCon cells, with 36.91V Voc, 15.81A Isc and 30.78V at the maximum power point; with 135W/m² on the rear Astronergy rates it at 506.9W. At 1,762×1,134×30mm and 24.5kg, with a black frame, it is designed for residential pitched roofs.
ASTRO N7s 2.0 CHSM48RN(DG)(BLH)/F-BH is the all-black residential module of Astronergy, the module brand of Chint New Energy. It carries 96 n-type TOPCon cells (6×16) between two glass sheets, 2.0mm each as standard or 1.6mm as an option, in a black anodised frame. The module measures 1,762×1,134×30mm and weighs 24.5kg (21.5kg with 1.6mm glass); the IP68 junction box has three diodes and 1,200mm leads. The range covers 450Wp to 470Wp with efficiencies from 22.5% to 23.5%.
Maximum system voltage is 1500V DC (IEC/UL) and the maximum series fuse 30A. Temperature coefficients are -0.29%/°C for Pmax, -0.25%/°C for Voc and +0.043%/°C for Isc, and the operating range is -40…+85°C. With 135W/m² on the rear (BNPI) the modules give 495.9–517.9W. Connectors are Stäubli PV-KST4-EVO2A/PV-KBT4-EVO2A as standard, Chint New Energy PV-HCB40 as an option.
For the 1,762×1,134×30mm CHSM48RN types the manual allows 5400Pa downward and 2400Pa upward when bolted through the holes 1,100mm apart or clamped 266–466mm from the corners on rails crossing the frame; short-side clamping is rated much lower. Each module needs at least four clamps or bolts, and the frame must not be drilled. Astronergy recommends a tilt of at least 10°, a 10cm gap between frame and roof, and installation below 2000m. Voc and Isc are multiplied by 1.25 when rating components.
The power warranty guarantees 99% in year one, then at most 0.4% loss per year, ending at 87.4% after 30 years, for the front side of the module. The product warranty term depends on the market and must be checked in the warranty for the country of installation; the Australian datasheet states 30 years for rooftop systems. Packing is 36 modules per box and 936 per 40ft HQ container.
Yes. The (BLH) version has a black anodised aluminium frame and an all-black appearance, and Astronergy aims it at residential roofs.
Yes. It is a dual-glass module with a Pmax bifaciality of 80±5%; with 135W/m² on the rear the 460W model reaches 506.9W.
Stäubli PV-KST4-EVO2A/PV-KBT4-EVO2A as standard, or Chint New Energy PV-HCB40 as an option, on 4mm² cables of 1,200mm per pole.
The datasheet states fire performance Class C.
