Who we areNew, original V-TAC products with full manufacturer warranty, supplied with their documentation.
The OHR105.4K-206 (V-TAC SKU 12297) is a complete commercial battery: ten 10.54kWh OHR-206 lithium iron phosphate modules, the OHR-HV250H high-voltage control box and the rack. It stores 105.4kWh at 512V nominal, of which 94.8kWh are usable, with 100A recommended current and 51.2kW rated DC discharge power. The cabinet measures 1,200×1,870×620mm and weighs about 1,029kg, so it needs an enclosed fireproof room, a floor rated for that load and a high-voltage inverter whose battery input covers 464–568V.
An OHR system combines OHR-206 battery modules of 10.54kWh each, a rack for ten modules plus the BMS, and a high-voltage cluster control box with power and communication cables. Modules are connected in series: three give 31.6kWh, fifteen give 158.2kWh. The OHR105.4K-206 configuration uses ten modules and the OHR-HV250H control box for 105.4kWh at 512V nominal, with a 464–568V operating range and 90% usable depth of discharge.
V-TAC positions the system for supermarkets, banks, schools, farms and small factories, where it smooths the load curve, shifts peak demand and supports renewable generation. The BMS monitors system voltage, current, cell voltages and cell and module temperatures and calculates SOC with its own algorithm.
The system must stand in an enclosed, fireproof room with an independent fire alarm and, where local rules require it, a T60 fire door; ambient -20 to +55°C, humidity up to 85%, altitude up to 2,000m. Keep 10mm to walls and 50mm between racks, on a dry, level floor rated for the load. Each module weighs 87kg, so racks and modules travel separately and are assembled on site by two or three people. Only qualified electricians may install it, and V-TAC asks for commissioning within six months of delivery.
The cluster connects to the inverter through a junction box with one input and two outputs, and talks to it over CAN. Start-up is done with the BMS button and then the DC breaker on the control box once the relays have closed. A touch display shows the main data and detailed cell values, lets authorised users set alarm and critical limits and records a data log to a USB flash drive. The manual excludes mobile use, medical devices and use as a UPS system.
From three modules, 31.6kWh, up to 15 modules in series, 158.2kWh. The OHR105.4K-206 uses ten modules for 105.4kWh.
An enclosed, fireproof room with an independent fire alarm, -20 to +55°C ambient, up to 85% humidity and a floor rated for about 1,029kg for the 105.4kWh configuration.
No. V-TAC's manual excludes use as a UPS system, in medical devices and in mobile applications.
Through the control box and a junction box with one input and two outputs to the inverter battery ports, with CAN communication between BMS and inverter.
