Who we areNew, original V-TAC products with full manufacturer warranty, supplied with their documentation.
This kit combines a Deye SUN-20K-SG01HP3-EU-AM2 three-phase hybrid inverter with a V-TAC OHS40K-100 battery tower of 8 OH-5K modules, OHS-HV100 control box and base. The tower stores 40.96kWh (32.77kWh usable) at 409.6V; with the inverter's 50A battery limit that is about 20.5kW of battery power. The inverter accepts up to 26kWp of PV on two MPPTs and delivers 20kW on three phases. PV modules, DC and AC protections and cabling are added by the installer.
Each kit contains a Deye SG01HP3 three-phase hybrid inverter and a complete V-TAC OHS high-voltage battery tower: OH-Base, OH-5K modules in series and the OHS-HV100 control box. The inverter converts PV power on two MPPT inputs, charges and discharges the battery over its single high-voltage battery input and supplies loads on three phases with fully unbalanced output. If the grid fails it powers the backup port, and it can also work with a generator, store energy from a diesel generator and AC-couple an existing PV inverter.
Battery and inverter exchange data over CAN, so charging and discharging follow the limits set by the OHS BMS. The inverter offers six time periods for battery charging and discharging, a smart load output and generator input, and up to ten units can run in parallel for on-grid and off-grid operation.
The 10kW kit uses four OH-5K modules at 204.8V, the 15kW kit six at 307.2V and the 20kW kit eight at 409.6V, all inside the inverter's 160–700V battery range. The Deye manual lists 37A battery current for the 10kW and 15kW models and 50A for the 20kW model; the OHS tower allows 50A maximum. At nominal voltage that is about 7.6kW, 11.4kW and 20.5kW of battery power respectively. Deye's CEI 0-21 declaration for SG01HP3 inverters lists the V-TAC OH-5K with four to 48 modules.
The kits contain no PV modules, mounting structures or extra cabling. Deye requires a separate DC overcurrent protection or disconnect device between battery and inverter, recommends 6mm² battery cable and supplies three current sensor clamps for grid measurement. The inverter hangs on a load-bearing wall with about 50cm free at the sides, above and below and 100cm in front; it is IP65, but Deye asks for a site sheltered from direct sun, rain and snow. In Italy the connection follows CEI 0-21.
The inverter has an LCD and communicates over Wi-Fi, RS485 and CAN; a Wi-Fi plug and a three-phase smart meter are listed as options in its packing list. The OHS control box shows battery data on its own display and connects to the Xiaodan Energy Storage app over Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.
No. The kits contain the hybrid inverter and the complete OHS battery tower; PV modules, mounting and AC/DC protections are planned separately.
Deye allows up to 13kW of PV on the 10kW inverter, 19.5kW on the 15kW and 26kW on the 20kW model, with a 1000V maximum input voltage.
The OHS tower is modular; Deye's CEI 0-21 declaration lists the OH-5K with SG01HP3 inverters from four up to 48 modules, and the tower voltage must stay within 160–700V.
The SG01HP3 inverters are listed for CEI 0-21, and Deye's CEI 0-21 declaration includes the V-TAC OH-5K battery as a storage option.
