An Italian company selling batteries, inverters and solar equipment since 2015. Registered office in Sigillo (Perugia), VAT IT03894170541.
Who we areNew, original Solis products with full manufacturer warranty, supplied with their documentation.
The S6-GR1P0.8K-UM is the Solis Ultra Mini, an 800W single-phase inverter for balcony and small garden PV systems. One MPP tracker takes up to 16A between 30V and 500V, and Solis recommends up to 1.2kW of modules. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are integrated, so set-up and monitoring in the Solis app need no extra logger. The 2.9kg IP65 housing is fixed to the module racking and cooled naturally. Its datasheet lists VDE-AR-N 4105 and TOR type A, so in other countries the local rules for small generators must be checked first.
The S6-GR1P0.8K-UM, which Solis calls Ultra Mini, is an 800W single-phase grid-tied inverter for small private PV systems on balconies, terraces, garages or garden structures. It converts the DC power of one or two modules on a single MPP tracker into grid-compliant alternating current and feeds it into the home's existing electrical installation. It does not manage batteries.
The input accepts up to 16A with a 30–500V MPPT range and a 40V start-up voltage, and Solis recommends up to 1.2kW of modules. The datasheet states that, under German VDE rules, a DC switch is required when the input voltage exceeds 120V, and that the system must then be connected by a qualified electrician.
Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are integrated, so the inverter connects to the SolisCloud app without an additional data logger, and AC cables and connectors are supplied so the micro system can be built without further devices. Status is shown by LED indicators. Peak efficiency is 96.6% with 99.5% MPPT efficiency, and night-time consumption is below 1W. Protection functions include short-circuit, output over-current and surge protection, grid monitoring, anti-islanding and temperature protection. The power factor is adjustable from 0.8 leading to 0.8 lagging.
The housing measures 265×255×64mm, weighs 2.9kg and is rated IP65 with natural cooling. It is designed to be fixed to the racking under the PV modules, with 7.6–10.2cm to the roof surface and 2.5–5.1cm to the back of the module, out of direct sunlight. Solis recommends a 25A DC switch on the input side and AC breakers complying with IEC 60947-1/-2.
The datasheet lists VDE-AR-N 4105:2018 and TOR type A grid connection, for Germany and Austria. In other countries, local grid connection rules for small generators must be checked with the distribution network operator before installation. The manual specifies AC cable of 1.0–6mm², with 6mm² recommended, and an M6 OT terminal for the earth connection on the housing.
Commissioning is done in the Solis app via Bluetooth, and the Wi-Fi connection to SolisCloud is configured from the same app, as described in the separate network configuration guide. Solis publishes the user manual, a quick installation guide and the network guide for this model in German.
The single MPP tracker accepts up to 16A and 500V, and Solis recommends up to 1.2kW of PV power, which typically means one or two modules.
No. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are built in, and the inverter is set up and monitored through the Solis app and SolisCloud.
Solis recommends a 25A DC switch on the input side. Under the German VDE rules quoted in the datasheet, a DC switch is mandatory above 120V DC input voltage.
The datasheet lists VDE-AR-N 4105:2018 and TOR type A, which cover Germany and Austria. Check local grid rules before installing elsewhere.
