Who we areNew, original Lionshee products with full manufacturer warranty, supplied with their documentation.
A pair of Lionshee FLEX240M(BK) semi-flexible panels, 480Wp together. Each 1,150×1,090mm laminate is only 2mm thick and weighs 2.6kg, carries 72 monocrystalline cells and gives 240Wp at 21.01V and 11.23A, with 23.6V Voc. Lionshee specifies connection through a charge controller or inverter, never directly to loads, and shows both series and parallel wiring for two panels. Glued or screwed down and bendable up to 120°, the panels suit campervan roofs, boat decks and balconies.
The FLEX240M(BK) is a frameless laminate made by Shenzhen Longsheng Energy under the Lionshee brand. Seventy-two 182mm monocrystalline cells, arranged 6×12 in parallel-connected groups, sit between EVA layers, with a transparent front sheet and a TPT back sheet. The module measures 1,150×1,090×2mm and weighs 2.6kg, so it can be glued to curved roofs and decks where a framed glass module would not fit.
At standard test conditions the panel delivers 240Wp with 21.01V and 11.23A at the maximum power point, 23.6V open-circuit voltage and 11.9A short-circuit current, within ±3% tolerance. Maximum system voltage is 600V DC, the maximum series fuse 20A, and the temperature coefficient of power -0.38%/°C. The junction box is rated IP67 and carries two bypass diodes, with two 3m leads of 2.5mm².
Lionshee recommends a clean, flat mounting surface free of sharp objects, a tilt of 15–30° where possible, and no shading. The panel can be fixed with 3M adhesive, left 24 hours to cure, or with rust-proof screws through the pre-drilled edge holes. It may be bent up to 120°, but output falls as the curvature increases, and the manufacturer warns against walking on it, sharp impacts and excessive bending.
The panel must be connected through a charge controller or inverter, never directly to loads. Two panels can be wired in series or in parallel; the manual shows both layouts and reminds installers to check the controller's input limits and to size cables for the combined current.
Lionshee advises cleaning the surface with water and a soft sponge in the morning or evening, removing snow promptly, and checking the electrical and mechanical connections every six months. Partial shading by leaves or other objects lowers output and can cause local overheating, so the surface should be kept clear. When not in use, the panel should be stored in a dry, dark place.
No. Lionshee warns against stepping on the panel, placing heavy objects on it or bending it excessively; damage caused this way is not covered by the warranty.
With 3M adhesive (24 hours to full adhesion) or with rust-proof screws through the pre-drilled holes along the edges. Screws are not included.
No. The manual asks for a solar charge controller or inverter between panel and battery or loads; check the controller's voltage and current limits for the series or parallel layout you plan.
The datasheet states a 5-year warranty and claims more than 80% output after 25 years.
