Who we areNew, original FoxESS products with full manufacturer warranty, supplied with their documentation.
The P3-100-Plus is a 100kW commercial hybrid inverter, 110kVA maximum, with eight MPP trackers of two strings each and up to 200kWp of PV. Three battery ports with 80A each connect high-voltage LFP storage from 180V to 950V, such as a CQ16 system using all three ports. On grid failure the EPS output takes over in under 10ms, and a diesel generator of up to 207kVA can be connected. It weighs 120kg and is rated IP65.
The P3-Plus is a commercial hybrid inverter that combines PV conversion, battery charging and an emergency power output on a 380/400V three-phase connection, with or without neutral. The 50kW and 60kW models have four MPP trackers, the 75–125kW models eight, each taking two strings at up to 40A between 180V and 850V. Three battery ports of 80A each accept LFP batteries from 180V to 950V, managed over three CAN links.
The same manual covers the H3-Plus models. Backup can be arranged for the whole site or for a separate panel of essential loads, and the AC input also accepts a diesel generator of up to 207kVA. The connection panel carries separate grid, EPS and generator terminals, an EV communication terminal and two parallel communication ports.
Array power can reach twice the rated output, 100–250kWp across the range. FoxESS states 98.5% maximum and 98.1% European efficiency, 100% unbalanced three-phase output, a 155kVA peak for 10 seconds on the EPS side and 300A locked-rotor current for motor starting. AFCI arc detection with an automatic alarm-clearing sequence, string current detection, I/V curve scanning and night-time reactive power are built in, and a DC-link port is prepared for a 20–50kW EV charger.
The 730×1060×305mm unit weighs 115–120kg and mounts on a wall or PV bracket rated for four times its weight, indoors or outdoors under IP65, from -30°C to +60°C and up to 4000m. Leave 1000mm free on each side, 200mm above and 700mm below. Each inverter needs its own three- or four-pole AC breaker of up to 320A with 90–150mm² cable, and ground conductors of 25–50mm².
The three battery ports can be bridged to one CQ16 High-Voltage Control Box in parallel mode, the only FoxESS battery with three power port sets, or used as separate inputs for independent stacks, for example CQ7 towers. Up to ten inverters can operate in parallel.
A colour LCD and LEDs show status on site; Wi-Fi/LAN, Bluetooth, RS485, USB, CAN and optional 4G connect the inverter to FoxCloud 2.0 for remote monitoring and settings. Export control is supported, a grid CT is part of the system wiring, and a separate diesel meter is connected when a generator is used.
High-voltage LFP batteries with CAN communication from 180V to 950V. The manual describes connection to FoxESS CQ16 systems, which can use all three battery ports in parallel mode, and to CQ6/CQ7 stacks on separate ports.
Yes. The EPS output switches in under 10ms and can supply the full rated power to whole-site or partial backup loads, and a diesel generator can be connected to the AC input.
FoxESS specifies a dedicated three- or four-pole breaker of up to 320A per inverter with 90–150mm² cables; several inverters must not share one breaker.
